Mission
Julia Ient is an Arts Consultant with fifteen years’ experience in the charitable and public sectors. She helps arts organisations and projects achieve their vision through business and project planning, funding development and evaluation. Depending on the needs of the client, Julia can take the role of facilitator, mentor, advisor or contractor.
Experience
Prior to launching her consultancy in December 2007, Julia was Funding Development Manager for Orchestras Live, where she helped steer the organisation through a major change process, was central in developing key business planning tools and raised £1.3 million for core needs and projects involving a range of local authorities, artists, arts organisations and voluntary groups. She was also previously Head of Marketing and Development for the Academy of St Martin in the Fields and Development Officer/Project Manager for London Philharmonic Orchestra.
