Mission
Julia Ient helps clients clarify and achieve their vision through strategic planning, board development, funding development and project evaluation, working as a servicer provider, facilitator or mentor. Julia offers a complete funding development service covering research, strategy, grant applications, donor communications and funder reporting.
Case Study
Outstanding early music vocal ensemble The Clerks came to Julia in December 2007 wishing to find funding to enable them to try out new creative ideas, expand their participation work and increase their concert activity. Julia helped them write a business plan, secured £52,000 in funding for an ambitious strategic programme Raising Voices, and is evaluating the programme. In addition, to support future work, Julia is currently helping The Clerks develop their board of trustees and raise funds from individuals.
